Our Company
Sheeran & Associates Realty was formed in 2003 by Bob Sheeran and his brother-in-law, Carl Pautlitz. The main office is in downtown historic Williamsburg, Virginia. In March, 2007 the company partnered with the premier name in luxury home sales, Sotheby's International Realty.

The company's success stems from a business philosophy of "teaming and working together" in an office culture of cooperation. Approximately fifteen (15) associates and several brokers make up the company roster. Sheeran has become a "trend setter" and leader in the Williamsburg real estate market. The firm specializes in new construction representing two communities in Williamsburg. Greensprings West offers 365 new homes starting in the mid $500's to the upper $800's. Brandywyne is a single family, cluster style subdivision with ten remaining homes starting in the mid $400's up to high $500's.

Sheeran Sotheby's International Realty will continue to serve the greater Williamsburg area while expanding its service base from the Northern Neck to Virginia Beach.
